Tennis PLS เป็นสมุดรายชื่อสนามเทนนิสในประเทศไทย การยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้ หรือการใช้แอป ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนด ถ้าไม่ยอมรับ โปรดหยุดใช้

1. ผู้ให้บริการ

แอปพลิเคชัน Tennis PLS (“แอป”, “บริการ”) พัฒนาและดำเนินการโดยนักพัฒนาอิสระ (“เรา”) เรื่องการใช้บริการติดต่อได้จากในแอป ตามข้อ 16

2. บริการของเราคืออะไร

Tennis PLS เป็นแอปสำหรับหาสนามเทนนิสในประเทศไทย ใช้ค้นหาสนามบนแผนที่ แล้วดูเบอร์โทร LINE หรือเว็บไซต์ก่อนออกไป บันทึกสนามที่ชอบ หรือซ่อนสนามที่ไม่ต้องการเห็นได้เมื่อเข้าสู่ระบบ

สิ่งที่ Tennis PLS ไม่ได้ทำ — โปรดเข้าใจก่อนใช้งาน

• เราไม่ได้เป็นเจ้าของหรือดำเนินการสนามเทนนิสใด ๆ
• เราไม่มีระบบจองสนาม และไม่บอกว่าคอร์ทว่างอยู่ในขณะนี้
• เราไม่รับชำระเงินค่าสนามหรือค่าบริการใด ๆ การจองและการชำระเงินเกิดขึ้นกับสนามเอง ทางเบอร์โทร LINE หรือเว็บไซต์บนหน้านั้น

3. คุณสมบัติของผู้ใช้

• คุณต้องมีอายุ 13 ปีขึ้นไป จึงจะใช้งานแอปได้
• หากคุณยังไม่บรรลุนิติภาวะตามกฎหมาย การใช้งานแอปควรได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองหรือผู้แทนโดยชอบธรรม

4. บัญชีผู้ใช้

• ดูรายชื่อสนามได้โดยไม่ต้องมีบัญชี
• แอปเปิดให้เข้าสู่ระบบผ่านบัญชี Apple, Google หรือ LINE การใช้บริการเหล่านี้อยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดของผู้ให้บริการแต่ละราย
• คุณมีหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยของบัญชีที่ใช้เข้าสู่ระบบ และรับผิดชอบต่อกิจกรรมที่เกิดขึ้นผ่านบัญชีของคุณ
• หลังเข้าสู่ระบบ ต้องยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้และนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวก่อนใช้บัญชี
• ลบบัญชีได้ด้วยตนเองที่หน้าบัญชี การลบเป็นไปตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

5. ความถูกต้องของข้อมูล

ข้อมูลสนาม เช่น ชื่อ ที่อยู่ เบอร์โทร ราคา และเวลาเปิด มาจากหน้าที่สนามเผยแพร่ หรือจากคนที่ส่งรายการเข้ามา เราแสดงตามที่มีอยู่ แต่

• ข้อมูลอาจไม่ถูกต้อง ไม่ครบ หรือเก่ากว่าความจริง
• ราคาและเวลาเปิดจะเว้นว่างไว้เมื่อเราไม่ทราบ เราไม่ใส่ราคาหรือเวลาที่เดาขึ้น
• ตรวจสอบกับสนามก่อนเดินทาง อย่าอาศัยข้อมูลในแอปเพียงอย่างเดียว

6. เนื้อหาที่คุณส่ง

เมื่อคุณส่งรายงานปัญหาสนาม แนะนำสนามที่ยังไม่อยู่ในรายชื่อ หรือส่งข้อมูลและรูปในฐานะเจ้าของสนาม (“เนื้อหาของคุณ”)

• คุณอนุญาตให้เราใช้ แสดง และเก็บเนื้อหานั้นเพื่อตรวจรายการ และเพื่อแสดงในแอปเมื่อรายการนั้นถูกเผยแพร่
• คุณรับรองว่าคุณมีสิทธิ์ส่งเนื้อหานั้น และไม่ได้ตั้งใจให้ข้อมูลเท็จ
• ห้ามส่งเนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎหมาย หมิ่นประมาท คุกคาม ละเมิดสิทธิ์ผู้อื่น เป็นสแปม หรือเป็นโฆษณา
• เราอาจไม่เผยแพร่ หรือนำเนื้อหาที่ฝ่าฝืนข้อนี้ออก โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า

7. ข้อห้ามในการใช้งาน

คุณตกลงว่าจะไม่

• ใช้แอปเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ผิดกฎหมาย
• แทรกแซง ทำลาย หรือสร้างภาระเกินสมควรต่อระบบของเรา
• ปลอมแปลงตัวตน หรือใช้บัญชีของผู้อื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

การฝ่าฝืนอาจทำให้เราระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีของคุณ

8. บริการและลิงก์ของบุคคลภายนอก

แอปมีปุ่มโทร LINE เว็บไซต์ และนำทาง ซึ่งส่งต่อไปยังสนามหรือแอปแผนที่บนเครื่อง รวมถึงการเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Apple, Google หรือ LINE บริการเหล่านั้นอยู่นอกการควบคุมของเรา และอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดของผู้ให้บริการแต่ละราย เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อเนื้อหาหรือบริการของบุคคลภายนอก

9. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

• แอป โลโก้ การออกแบบ และซอฟต์แวร์ของ Tennis PLS เป็นทรัพย์สินของเรา ห้ามคัดลอก ดัดแปลง หรือนำไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
• ชื่อ เครื่องหมาย และข้อมูลของสนามเป็นของเจ้าของแต่ละราย การแสดงในแอปไม่ได้หมายความว่าสนามนั้นรับรองหรือเกี่ยวข้องกับ Tennis PLS

10. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

การเก็บ ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเป็นไปตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวซึ่งเป็นเอกสารแยกต่างหาก ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562

11. การให้บริการตามสภาพ

บริการนี้ให้ใช้โดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่าย และตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ เราไม่รับประกันว่าบริการจะไม่มีข้อผิดพลาด หรือพร้อมใช้งานตลอดเวลา เราอาจปรับปรุง เปลี่ยนแปลง ระงับ หรือยุติบริการทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วนได้

12. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

ภายในขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมหรือความเสียหายต่อเนื่องที่เกิดจากการใช้บริการ หรือจากการใช้บริการไม่ได้ รวมถึงข้อมูลสนามที่ไม่ถูกต้อง สนามปิดหรือย้ายที่ หรือการเดินทางไปผิดที่

ข้อกำหนดนี้ไม่ตัดสิทธิ์ที่คุณพึงมีตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคที่ไม่อาจสละได้

13. การระงับและยกเลิกบัญชี

เราอาจระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีของคุณหากพบการฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดนี้ หรือการใช้งานที่เป็นอันตรายต่อระบบหรือผู้ใช้อื่น คุณหยุดใช้บริการได้ทุกเมื่อโดยลบบัญชีในแอป

14. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด

เราอาจแก้ไขข้อกำหนดนี้เป็นครั้งคราว เมื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงมีนัยสำคัญ แอปจะให้คุณอ่านและยอมรับฉบับใหม่ก่อนใช้บัญชีต่อ วันที่มีผลบังคับใช้อยู่ที่ด้านบนของเอกสารนี้

15. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย ข้อพิพาทให้อยู่ในเขตอำนาจของศาลไทย

16. ติดต่อเรา

แก้ชื่อหรือลบบัญชีได้ที่หน้าบัญชี ปิดการนับการใช้งานได้ที่หน้าตั้งค่า แจ้งข้อมูลสนามที่ผิดได้จากปุ่มรายงานปัญหาบนหน้ารายการ

Tennis PLS is a directory of tennis courts in Thailand. By accepting these terms, or by using the app, you agree to them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the app.

1. Who provides the service

The Tennis PLS application (the “app”, the “service”) is developed and operated by an independent developer (“we”, “us”). For questions about the service, use the in-app paths in section 16.

2. What our service is

Tennis PLS is an app for finding tennis courts in Thailand. Use it to search the map, then see the phone, LINE, or website before you go. When you sign in, you can save a court you like or hide one you do not want to see.

What Tennis PLS does not do — please understand this before using it:

• We do not own or operate any tennis court.
• We have no court booking system, and we do not show whether a court is free right now.
• We do not take payment for a court or for any service. Booking and payment happen with the court, through the phone, LINE, or website on that page.

3. Who may use the app

• You must be 13 years or older to use the app.
• If you are below the legal age of majority, your use of the app should have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Accounts

• You can browse the court list without an account.
• The app allows sign-in with an Apple, Google, or LINE account. Use of those services is governed by each provider’s own terms.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in account secure, and for activity that takes place through your account.
• After you sign in, accept these terms and the privacy policy before using the account.
• You can delete the account yourself on the account screen. Deletion follows the privacy policy.

5. Accuracy of information

Court details, such as the name, address, phone, price, and hours, come from pages the court has published, or from a person who submitted the listing. We show what we have, but:

• The details may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
• Price and hours stay blank when we do not know them. We do not fill in a guessed price or a guessed time.
• Check with the court before you travel. Do not rely on the app alone.

6. Content you send

When you report a problem with a court, suggest a court that is not listed yet, or send details and photos as a court owner (“your content”):

• You allow us to use, display, and keep that content so we can review the listing, and so we can show it in the app when that listing is published.
• You confirm that you have the right to send that content, and that you are not knowingly sending false information.
• Do not send content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing, spam, or advertising.
• We may decline to publish, or remove, content that breaches this section, without prior notice.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with, damage, or place an unreasonable load on our systems.
• Impersonate anyone, or use another person’s account without permission.

A breach may result in us suspending or terminating your account.

8. Third-party services and links

The app has call, LINE, website, and navigate buttons that hand off to the court or to the maps app on your device, and it offers sign-in with Apple, Google, or LINE. Those services are outside our control and follow each provider’s own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

9. Intellectual property

• The Tennis PLS app, logo, design, and software are our property. Do not copy, modify, or use them commercially without permission.
• A court’s name, marks, and information belong to their owner. Showing them in the app does not mean that court endorses or is affiliated with Tennis PLS.

10. Personal data

Collection, use, and disclosure of personal data follow the privacy policy, which is a separate document, in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562.

11. Service provided as is

This service is provided free of charge and as is. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or available at all times. We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using, or being unable to use, the service, including inaccurate court details, a court that has closed or moved, or travel to the wrong place.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we find a breach of these terms, or use that harms our systems or other users. You may stop at any time by deleting the account in the app.

14. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. When a change is significant, the app asks you to read and accept the new version before the account continues. The effective date is at the top of this document.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

16. Contact us

Edit your name or delete the account on the account screen. Turn off usage counts in Settings. Report a wrong court listing from the report button on that court.
