1. ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

แอป Tennis PLS พัฒนาและดำเนินการโดยนักพัฒนาอิสระ ซึ่งเป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ใช้สิทธิ์เกี่ยวกับข้อมูลของคุณได้ในแอป ตามข้อ 6 และข้อ 10

2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

เราเก็บข้อมูลที่ใช้เพื่อแสดงข้อมูลสนาม ข้อมูลการใช้งานเพื่อพัฒนาระบบ และข้อมูลบัญชี

2.1 ข้อมูลบัญชี (เมื่อคุณเข้าสู่ระบบ)

เมื่อคุณเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Apple, Google หรือ LINE เราได้รับและจัดเก็บ

• ชื่อ อีเมล และรูปโปรไฟล์ ตามที่ผู้ให้บริการส่งมา
• สนามที่คุณบันทึกหรือซ่อน

ดูแผนที่และค้นหาสนามได้โดยไม่ต้องเข้าสู่ระบบ แก้ชื่อหรือออกจากระบบได้ที่หน้าบัญชี อีเมลจาก Apple, Google หรือ LINE เปลี่ยนที่นี่ไม่ได้

2.2 สิ่งที่คุณส่งเข้ามา

• รายงานปัญหาของสนาม เหตุผล และรายละเอียดที่คุณเขียน ส่งได้โดยไม่ต้องมีบัญชี ถ้าส่งขณะเข้าสู่ระบบ รายงานจะผูกกับบัญชีจนกว่าจะลบบัญชี
• สนามที่คุณแนะนำ รวมถึงชื่อ ที่อยู่ ช่องทางติดต่อของสนาม และช่องทางให้เราถามกลับถ้าคุณใส่ไว้
• ถ้าคุณรับสิทธิดูแลสนาม เราเก็บอีเมล ชื่อ และรหัสผ่านที่คุณตั้ง หรือโปรไฟล์ LINE และสนามที่ผูกกับบัญชีนั้น รวมถึงข้อมูลและรูปที่คุณส่งเพื่อแก้รายการ

2.3 ตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง

ถ้าคุณเปิดตำแหน่งบนเครื่อง แอปใช้ตำแหน่งนั้นเพื่อเรียงสนามที่อยู่ใกล้

• พิกัดไม่ถูกบันทึกกับบัญชี และไม่ถูกส่งไปกับการนับการใช้งาน
• ถ้ายังไม่เปิดตำแหน่ง ยังดูรายชื่อได้ และแอปจะแสดงสนามรอบใจกลางกรุงเทพ
• ปิดตำแหน่งได้ที่การตั้งค่าของเครื่อง การปิดไม่ทำให้ดูรายชื่อไม่ได้

2.4 การนับการใช้งาน

การนับการใช้งานเปิดอยู่เป็นค่าเริ่มต้น เพื่อปรับปรุงแอป เช่น เปิดสนามไหน และกดโทร LINE หรือนำทางหรือไม่ ปิดได้ที่หน้าตั้งค่าก่อนหรือหลังใช้งาน ถ้าปิด จะไม่มีการส่งข้อมูลส่วนนี้

• จำนวนนี้ไม่มีชื่อ บัญชี เบอร์โทร พิกัด หรือที่อยู่ IP
• ระยะทางถูกปัดเป็นช่วงกว้าง เช่น ใกล้กว่า 3 กิโลเมตร ไม่ส่งตำแหน่งจริง
• ข้อมูลส่งไปที่ PostHog ในสหภาพยุโรป เฉพาะเมื่อคุณไม่ได้ปิดไว้

2.5 เว็บไซต์

เว็บไซต์ของ Tennis PLS แสดงข้อมูลบริการเดียวกับแอป และมีแบบฟอร์มส่งสนามที่ยังไม่อยู่ในรายชื่อ เว็บไซต์ไม่ได้ใช้เครื่องมือนับผู้เข้าชมแยกต่างหาก การนับการใช้งานในข้อ 2.4 เป็นของแอป

3. วัตถุประสงค์

• ให้บัญชีทำงาน และแสดงสนามที่บันทึกหรือซ่อน เราใช้ชื่อ อีเมล รูปโปรไฟล์ และรายการสนามนั้น
• เรียงสนามใกล้คุณ เราใช้ตำแหน่งบนเครื่อง เมื่อคุณเปิดตำแหน่ง
• ปรับปรุงแอป เราใช้จำนวนการใช้งานแบบไม่ระบุตัวตน เมื่อคุณไม่ได้ปิดไว้
• ตรวจรายงานและสนามที่แนะนำ เราใช้ข้อความที่คุณส่ง
• ให้เจ้าของสนามแก้รายการที่รับสิทธิ เราใช้บัญชีเจ้าของสนามและข้อมูลที่ส่งมา

4. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล

เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ระบุตัวตนของคุณ เราเปิดเผยข้อมูลเฉพาะกรณีต่อไปนี้

• Apple, Google หรือ LINE เมื่อคุณเลือกใช้บัญชีนั้นเข้าสู่ระบบ ผู้ให้บริการจะรู้ว่าคุณเข้าสู่ระบบ Tennis PLS
• PostHog ในสหภาพยุโรป สำหรับจำนวนการใช้งาน เมื่อคุณไม่ได้ปิดไว้
• แผนที่ในแอปใช้ OpenStreetMap การกดนำทางเปิดแอปแผนที่บนเครื่อง
• ผู้ให้บริการส่งข้อความ สำหรับรหัสใช้ครั้งเดียวของเจ้าของสนาม ไปที่เบอร์หรืออีเมลบนรายการนั้น
• ตามคำสั่งทางกฎหมายจากหน่วยงานรัฐหรือศาล

รายงานปัญหาและแบบฟอร์มแนะนำสนามไม่ถูกแสดงเป็นหน้าสาธารณะ ข้อมูลสนามที่ตรวจแล้วจึงปรากฏในรายการ

5. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษา

• ข้อมูลบัญชี และสนามที่บันทึกหรือซ่อน อยู่จนกว่าคุณจะลบบัญชี
• รายงานปัญหาอยู่ต่อหลังลบบัญชี โดยไม่ผูกกับบัญชี เพื่อให้เราตรวจรายการนั้นต่อได้
• สนามที่แนะนำอยู่จนกว่าเราจะตรวจและจัดการรายการนั้น
• จำนวนการใช้งานไม่ถูกผูกกับบัญชี
• เราเก็บบันทึกว่ารุ่นข้อกำหนดที่บัญชียอมรับ ไม่ได้เก็บที่อยู่ IP ของการยอมรับ

6. การลบบัญชีและสิทธิของคุณ

ลบบัญชีได้ที่หน้าบัญชี ชื่อ อีเมล รูปโปรไฟล์ และสนามที่บันทึกหรือซ่อนจะถูกลบ รายงานที่ส่งไว้จะคงอยู่โดยไม่ผูกกับบัญชี ถ้าเข้าสู่ระบบอีกครั้ง จะได้บัญชีใหม่ที่ว่าง

ตาม พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล คุณมีสิทธิ์

• ขอเข้าถึงและขอสำเนาข้อมูลของคุณ
• ขอแก้ไขข้อมูลให้ถูกต้อง
• ขอลบข้อมูล
• คัดค้านหรือขอระงับการประมวลผล
• ปิดการนับการใช้งานหรือตำแหน่งได้ตลอดเวลา โดยไม่กระทบสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นก่อนปิด
• ร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

แก้ชื่อและลบบัญชีได้ที่หน้าบัญชี ปิดการนับการใช้งานได้ที่หน้าตั้งค่า

7. ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

บริการที่เผยแพร่ใช้การเชื่อมต่อแบบเข้ารหัสกับเซิร์ฟเวอร์ รหัสผ่านของเจ้าของสนามถูกเก็บในระบบบัญชี ไม่ได้แสดงกลับเป็นข้อความเดิม

8. ข้อมูลของผู้เยาว์

แอปนี้ไม่ได้มุ่งเก็บข้อมูลของเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี หากเราทราบว่ามีการเก็บข้อมูลดังกล่าวโดยไม่มีความยินยอมที่ถูกต้อง เราจะลบข้อมูลนั้น

9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว เมื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงมีนัยสำคัญ แอปจะให้คุณอ่านและยอมรับฉบับใหม่ก่อนใช้บัญชีต่อ วันที่มีผลบังคับใช้อยู่ที่ด้านบนของเอกสารนี้

10. ติดต่อเรา

This policy explains how Tennis PLS collects, uses, and protects personal data, in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562. Browsing the court list does not require an account. We do not sell personal data.

1. Data controller

The Tennis PLS app is developed and operated by an independent developer, who is the data controller. You can use your data rights in the app, as described in sections 6 and 10.

2. Data we store

We store data used to show court information, usage data to improve the system, and account data.

2.1 Account data (when you sign in)

When you sign in with Apple, Google, or LINE, we receive and store:

• Your name, email, and profile picture, as that provider sends them.
• The courts you save or hide.

You can view the map and search for courts without signing in. You can edit your name or sign out on the account screen. The email from Apple, Google, or LINE cannot be changed here.

2.2 What you send us

• A court report, the reason, and the details you write. You can send one without an account. If you send it while signed in, it stays linked to the account until the account is deleted.
• A court you suggest, including the name, address, the court’s own contact, and a callback contact if you add one.
• If you claim a court, we store the email, name, and password you set, or the LINE profile, the courts linked to that account, and the details and photos you send to correct the listing.

2.3 Location

If you turn location on, the app uses it on your device to sort nearby courts.

• Coordinates are not saved on the account, and they are not sent with usage counts.
• If location stays off, you can still browse, and the app shows courts around central Bangkok.
• You can turn location off in the device settings. Turning it off does not stop you from browsing the list.

2.4 Usage counts

Usage counts are on by default, so we can improve the app, such as which court was opened and whether call, LINE, or navigate was used. Turn them off in Settings before or after you use the app. If they are off, this data is not sent.

• These counts do not include your name, account, phone number, coordinates, or IP address.
• Distance is reduced to a wide band, such as nearer than 3 kilometres. Your exact position is not sent.
• The counts are sent to PostHog in the European Union only when you leave counting on.

2.5 The website

The Tennis PLS website shows the same service information as the app, and it has a form for suggesting a court that is not listed yet. The website does not run a separate visitor counter. The usage counts in section 2.4 belong to the app.

3. Purposes

• To run the account and show saved or hidden courts, we use your name, email, profile picture, and those courts.
• To sort nearby courts, we use location on your device when you turn location on.
• To improve the app, we use anonymous usage counts when you leave them on.
• To review reports and suggested courts, we use the text you send.
• To let a court owner edit a claimed listing, we use the owner account and the details they send.

4. Disclosure

We do not sell your identifiable personal data. We disclose data only in these cases:

• Apple, Google, or LINE, when you choose that account to sign in. The provider knows that you signed in to Tennis PLS.
• PostHog in the European Union, for usage counts, when you leave counting on.
• The map in the app uses OpenStreetMap. Navigate opens the maps app on your device.
• A message provider, for a court owner’s one-time code, sent to the phone or email on that listing.
• By law, on an order from a government authority or a court.

Problem reports and the suggest-a-court form are not shown as public pages. Court details appear in the list after they are reviewed.

5. Retention

• Account data, and saved or hidden courts, stay until you delete the account.
• A problem report stays after the account is deleted, without a link to the account, so we can keep checking that listing.
• A suggested court stays until we review it and deal with that listing.
• Usage counts are not linked to an account.
• We keep a record of which version of these terms the account accepted. We do not keep the IP address of that acceptance.

6. Deleting your account, and your rights

You can delete the account on the account screen. Your name, email, profile picture, and saved or hidden courts are removed. Reports you sent stay, without a link to the account. Signing in again creates a new empty account.

Under the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

• Access your data and ask for a copy.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Ask for your data to be deleted.
• Object to processing, or ask for it to be restricted.
• Turn off usage counts or location at any time, without affecting what already happened before you turned them off.
• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.

Edit your name and delete the account on the account screen. Turn off usage counts in Settings.

7. Data security

The published service uses an encrypted connection to the server. A court owner’s password is stored in the account system and is not shown back as the original text.

8. Children’s data

This app is not intended to collect data from children under 13. If we learn that such data has been collected without valid consent, we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When a change is significant, the app asks you to read and accept the new version before the account continues. The effective date is at the top of this document.

10. Contact us

For personal data, use the account screen to edit your name or delete the account, and Settings to turn off usage counts. Report a wrong court listing from the report button.
